CNA Classes in Hawaii

Hawaii is one of the best places to practice a profession in the health care sector. In order to become a CNA in this state, an aspirant must follow the given steps: complete a CNA course from a state-approved CNA class, pass the Hawaii CNA certification examination successfully and undergo a criminal background check conducted by the state board. In order to be eligible for the CNA certification in Hawaii, the student needs to complete 100 hours of training. Out of 100 hours, 70 hours should be dedicated to clinical practice (out of seventy hours, ten hrs for restorative care practice, thirty for personal care practice and thirty for basic nursing practice) and 30 hours for classroom coursework.

Most of these classes offer courses that last for 2 to 8 weeks, and by the end of the class tenure, the student achieves 100 to 150 hours of training which is sufficient to become eligible for CNA certification in Hawaii. The admission fees of CNA classes ranges from $500 to $1800.
